"The team at Neil Elkins office has been very helpful for me whenever I have a question or need anything updated they respond very quickly. Anything you don’t understand they explain it to the best of their abilities. I was with All State before them and they gave me the best deal and I’m glad I went this direction. "Maddy was absolutely a delight and very helpful. I ran into a problem with my insurance because of my own doing not because of the company. Maddy helped me fix it and the whole time she was patient, professional and kind! She even called me afterwards to make sure I was happy with how everything was fixed! I’ve been with Neil Elkins for over 5 years and I’ve NEVER had a problem with them. The staff there is absolutely wonderful and they ALWAYS return phone calls and messages. If u want great insurance for a good price with a wonderful team of professionals to help then I strongly suggest to give Neil Elkins office a call today!!!"

"Updated Review! I ran into a snafu and needed help. Maddy was patient, helpful and motivated to help me. She went above and beyond to make sure that my situation was corrected and right. "I work overnights and have a crazy sleeping schedule which makes things hard when it comes to getting ahold of people and getting things done.. all I have to do is text at any time with questions and it always gets taken care of. The thing I love the most is that they are always pleasant to talk to which is something alot of places have forgotten these days!"
